I have to be honest though. I truly had to overcome some fears of failure to get to this point. Here’s why:In June of 2009 Christoph finished residency and I threw him a small party and came up with the idea to make prescription bottle invitations. The guests loved the invitations! But I was a chicken and I sat on the idea for 18 months!
For 18 months I was scared to take the leap and place a bulk order for prescription bottles. I was afraid no one would buy them and I would be stuck with 100’s of amber colored vials.
In early January of 2011, I decided to just give it a shot and bought 200 prescription bottles. I listed them on Etsy and within two weeks I had sold 55 bottles! I’ve since sold 500+ (I’ve lost count) and here we are today!!!!
So, what’s holding you up? Are you sitting on the next big idea or product because you’re too afraid to take a risk? Do it! You never know what might happen!
Congrats! Those bottles are so clever
