Cupcake Ingredients
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder

Chocolate Buttercream Icing Ingredients
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
– 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Cupcake Instructions
First preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and then line a mini cupcake pan with 24 paper liners.
Mix together the eggs, sugar, and butter in a large bowl.
Then slowly beat in the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt) for about three minutes.
Once the cupcake batter is smooth, fill the mini cupcake liners about half way and be sure to wipe away any dripped batter.
Now bake for 8-10 minutes and let the cupcakes cool completely before icing.

Beat the butter until it is a creamy consistency and then add all of the other ingredients slowly (sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk).
